The Importance of Behavioral Expectations

While I agree that having visuals present...in our case the levels, I think that it is just as important if not more so that we model the behavior that we expect to see. We need to be in class on time. We need to be careful of the words we use when we think that no one is listening. We need to sit in faculty meetings and staff training and not converse/check email while a presentation is happening.
