MiddleWeb Highlights "Lessons Learned in the Middle" Blog

Recently, John Norton, the editor of MiddleWeb, contacted me with the exciting news that he had decided to add "Lessons Learned in the Middle" to his collection of middle school blogs highlighted in the "Middle School Diaries" section of his site. MiddleWeb is the leading online resource for middle level educators and provides a wealth of resources for schools, districts, educators, parents, and public school advocates working to raise achievement for all students in the middle grades.

According to their website, MiddleWeb was established in 1996 with grant support from the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation's Program for Student Achievement, which focused its grantmaking on middle school improvement. In July 2003, MiddleWeb's grant support ended. They are now supported by a single advertiser, Stenhouse Publishers, and by the volunteer efforts of members of the MiddleWeb Community.

It is a great site, check it out when you have time! Here is MiddleWeb's link: http://www.middleweb.com/
